The process of manufacturing the Tins Cans follows the steps of Printing, Slitting, and Welding & Seaming.
Printing is done according to the customer specification. Basically it is done with four colors i.e. CMYK(Cyan Magenta Yellow and Black). Printing also involves two more Additional Steps i.e. Lacquering and Varnishing. Lacquering is basically done for the food product so as to make Tin rust free or poisonous. Varnishing is done to add shine and a touch of gloss to the printed sheets and also helps to make sheets scratch free.
Slitting : With the help of cutter Tin Sheets are Slitted depending upon the size of the Tin Can.
Welding and Seaming : After Slitting the tin body is rolled and welded on a welder machine and after welding seaming of tin component is done and Finally a Tin Can is made.
